Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team at Penshoppe in Manila. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of client interactions - Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to optimize customer service processes and procedures - Providing product information and recommendations to clients - Working closely with the sales team to support client retention and growth initiatives

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and reliable with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and excellent people management skills - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
