Client Service Assistant

Job Description: Expedock is seeking a part-time Client Service Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person - Assisting with client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution - Managing client accounts and updating information as needed - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth communication and service delivery - Participating in client meetings and taking detailed notes for follow-up - Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments

Requirements: - Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs - Independent work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate client needs and provide solutions - High emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly
