Job Description - Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Acudeen Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and adaptable, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, account maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and inquiries - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database - Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in client service processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management abilities - Proven problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
