Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and confident Client Service Assistant to join our team at Tanduay Distillers, Inc. in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a part-time associate level position with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist in coordinating client meetings and appointments, ensuring schedules are organized efficiently. 3. Maintain client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide support in client presentations and pitches. 5. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 6. Assist in resolving client issues and complaints, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs. 5. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
