Job Description - Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and confident Client Service Assistant to join our team at Zennya in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong decision-making and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client bookings - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Handle billing and payment processing for client services - Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to improve service quality - Contribute to the overall success of the client service team by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
