Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Smart Communications is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional client service through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolving client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed - Embodying a positive attitude and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience


Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
