Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


KMC Solutions is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. In this Associate Level role, the Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Assist clients with account setup, billing questions, and general inquiries - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client onboarding process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Provide support to the client services team with various administrative tasks as needed - Assist with client presentations and meetings, showcasing our services and solutions - Negotiate with clients on behalf of the company to ensure mutual satisfaction - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards customer service - Visa sponsorship and medical coverage benefits available - Relocation allowance provided for eligible candidates
