Zalora Philippines is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a part-time role with entry-level seniority, this position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience and grow within a dynamic company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to promote additional products or services to clients. 5. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
