Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is seeking a motivated and resilient Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service roles.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and presentations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in client service roles - Strong communication skills and ability to persuade and influence others - Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
