Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist in the development of strategic plans for client accounts. 4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase products and services. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations. 6. Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement. 7. Monitor and report on client activity and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent client service. 2. Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
