Client Service Associate

Job Description: AllCare, a leading healthcare company in Cebu, Central Visayas, is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, possess strong critical thinking skills, and excel in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with healthcare providers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues - Maintain and update client records in our database - Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and procedures - Provide support to the Client Service Manager as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and independent work ethic - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
