Job Description:
Cloudstaff is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and providing support to the sales team. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients. 3. Conduct research on client industries and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations. 4. Prepare and deliver presentations or reports to clients on a regular basis to update them on their accounts. 5. Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise between clients and the company. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client accounts. 7. Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively seek feedback to improve service quality. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service or account management, preferably in the IT industry. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confident and hardworking personality traits. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Strong research and persuasion skills. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 8. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
