Client Service Associate

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure top-quality care for clients - Process client referrals and maintain accurate records of services provided - Actively seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client information

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong negotiation and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
