Client Service Associate - Work from home

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team at Zennya. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Participate in team meetings and trainings as required

Requirements: - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Energetic and driven personality - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
