Client Service Associate - Work from home

Revolution Precrafted is currently seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This position is a part-time work from home opportunity based in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in client services.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and orders - Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Adaptability to different client needs and situations - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
