Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure all needs are met in a timely manner. 3. Assist clients with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our products or services. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Dedicated and reliable individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 3. Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and colleagues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Prior experience in a client service or account management role is preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
