Remote Client Service Manager

Overview: Resellee is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Client Service Manager to join our team. This part-time position is located in Manila, NCR, Philippines and is ideal for an associate-level professional with at least 5 years of experience in client service management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing client relationships remotely and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand clients' needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their objectives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products and services - Monitor client accounts for any issues or opportunities to upsell services - Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns - Conduct regular reviews of client performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement - Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth opportunities for clients - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships - Prepare regular reports and updates for clients on their account performance - Coordinate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing client base

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in client service management or related role - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Experience in the ecommerce industry is a plus
