Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Globe Telecom is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience in client service or related fields, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek feedback to improve our services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase client engagement and revenue - Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and satisfaction metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client service or account management, preferably in the telecommunications industry - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional client service - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
