Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team at Hilton in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account status - Resolve any client issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to continually improve our services and offerings - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service or account management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
