Job Description:
Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. 2. Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients. 3. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the client experience. 4. Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team on client satisfaction and retention rates. 5. Lead a team of client service representatives, providing support, guidance, and training as needed. 6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in client service management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. 5. Motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure. 6. Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
