Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team at Petron Corporation in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This part-time role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, feedback, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and in accordance with quality standards - Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company objectives - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty - Prepare regular reports on client performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client service or account management - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent research abilities to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
