Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Wilcon Depot is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and requires a Mid-to-Senior Level individual with at least 7 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong client relationships - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Provide support and guidance to clients on products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues - Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience - Prepare regular reports on client performance and satisfaction


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment - Passion for delivering excellent customer service - Creative problem-solving skills - Strong research abilities
