Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

United Laboratories is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and hardworking, possessing excellent persuasion and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service remotely. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. 3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. 5. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction to continuously improve service delivery. 6. Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
