Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at Puregold Price Club Inc. in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in client services or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client accounts remotely, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Develop and implement client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery - Analyze client data and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making - Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to build strong relationships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client service performance

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent personality traits required - Excellent planning and organization skills - Strong emotional intelligence to engage effectively with clients - Previous experience in client service or a related field - Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
