Job Description - Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager at Flowerstore.ph, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a part-time position located in Parañaque, NCR, PH, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior and a requirement of 8 years of experience in customer service or client management roles.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction and account performance - Provide training and guidance to junior client service team members


Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Previous experience in a client service or management role - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proficiency in customer relationship management software
