Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and grow business relationships. 5. Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the client experience. 6. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members in client service management. 7. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management, with at least 5 years in a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creativity and leadership abilities to drive innovative solutions and strategies. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Dedicated and confident in handling client interactions.
