Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Fetch Valet is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to work remotely from home in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and implement client projects and initiatives - Manage client accounts, contracts, and billing to ensure accuracy and compliance - Develop and deliver reports and presentations to clients on a regular basis - Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits to thrive in a remote working environment - Strong analysis and project management soft skills to effectively handle client needs and projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and projects - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
