Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Coins.ph is looking for a passionate and adaptable Client Service Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance and progress - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Provide regular reports and feedback to management on client satisfaction and engagement - Act as a leader within the client service team, providing guidance and support to junior team members - Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met


Requirements: - Minimum 6 years of experience in client service or customer relations - Proven experience in a leadership or project management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools - Passion for providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations - Adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment


Personality traits: - Passionate about client service and building relationships - Adaptable to changing client needs and industry trends


Soft skills: - Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team - Project management skills to effectively manage client projects
