Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team at Booky in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. 2. Handle client onboarding and maintain accurate client records. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in service delivery. 6. Assist with the development and implementation of client service strategies. 7. Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback for management review.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent critical thinking and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
