Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, pricing, and availability. 3. Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. 6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support client retention and acquisition efforts. 7. Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 4. Excellent research skills to identify potential clients and market trends. 5. Hardworking attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients. 6. No prior experience required - training will be provided.
