Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is looking for a motivated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in client service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the company database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 6. Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings. 7. Work with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and services to clients. 8. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in client service.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Knowledge of customer service best practices and techniques. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 7. Fluent in English and Filipino languages.
