Job Description:
NextPay is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries and provide support - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and client needs - Assisting with the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
