Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Client Service Officer to join our team at PearlPay in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Entry Level Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client interactions and resolution of issues - Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction - Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client service delivery - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client service or customer service role - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically - Innovative mindset with a drive to improve processes and exceed customer expectations - Motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
