Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Client Service Officer to join our team at Hilton in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction - Manage client inquiries and provide accurate information on company products and services - Coordinate with other departments to address client needs and resolve issues - Process client orders and maintain accurate records of transactions - Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to promote company products and services

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and passionate attitude towards customer service - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
