Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team at Gcash as a Client Service Officer based in Davao City, PH. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person meetings - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide comprehensive solutions - Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on our products and services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database - Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients to maximize revenue for the company - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a client-facing role - Possess leadership qualities and demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling client interactions - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be located in or willing to relocate to Davao City, PH - Must have a reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer - Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule
