Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

SariSuki is looking for a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. As a remote client service officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally. 4. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless client experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
