Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Homebase is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Assist clients in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations in a timely manner. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, updating client profiles as necessary. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. 3. Energetic and independent personality traits. 4. Strong persuasion and communication skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
