Client Service Officer

Job Description:

NextPay is currently seeking a driven and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner - Act as a point of contact for clients, providing them with information, assistance, and guidance on our products and services - Process client requests and transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless client experience - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Assist in developing strategies to improve client retention and overall satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better serve clients

Requirements: - Proven experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
