Client Service Officer

Job Description:

ChatGenie is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Service Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at an entry-level seniority, with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Handle escalations and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Act as a liaison between clients and the company to facilitate effective communication

Requirements: - Adaptability and passion for customer service - Strong planning and cooperation skills - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
