Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Expedock, a leading document management solution provider, is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service.

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support. You will address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide seamless support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide comprehensive client support - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Expedock's services to clients - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client service processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong leadership and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
