Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior experience. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, dedicated, possesses leadership skills, and has a knack for strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Handling client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client-related issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitoring client accounts, updating information, and ensuring accurate record-keeping - Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering top-notch service at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
