Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and possess excellent persuasion and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service via email, phone, or chat - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs and achieve sales targets - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system - Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team member for resolution

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - 3+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
