Job Description:
Penshoppe is looking for a reliable and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction. 3. Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved. 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in our database. 6. Providing product information and assistance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. 7. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback to improve our services.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role. 8. Must be a resident of Davao City, Davao, PH.
