Client Service Representative

mClinica is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic and confident, with strong time management and teamwork skills. You will thrive in our energetic and rapidly evolving work setting, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and handling any issues that may arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate the resolution of any issues - Provide regular updates and reports to clients, keeping them informed of the status of their accounts - Assist in the onboarding of new clients, providing training and support as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Energetic and confident personality - Strong time management and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work environment
