Job Description: San Miguel Corporation, a leading beverage and food company based in Manila, PH, is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client service role, and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and energetic.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of client issues - Analyze client data to identify trends and suggest improvements for client satisfaction - Make decisions on behalf of clients when necessary, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client service processes
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client service role - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards client interactions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Must have a stable internet connection to work remotely
