Client Service Representative

Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product and service information to clients - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resourceful problem solver with strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a teamwork environment - Negotiation skills to handle difficult client situations - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and willing to learn new software programs - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
