Client Service Representative

Job Description: Altitude Games, a leading game development company based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships - Utilize strategic planning to anticipate and meet client needs and expectations - Assist in the creation of client service strategies to enhance overall customer experience - Provide support for sales initiatives by identifying potential upsell opportunities and promoting additional services to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Demonstrated experience in customer service or client relations
