Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Fetch Valet is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time and at an Associate Level.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address their needs and concerns. 2. Provide accurate information about our services and offerings to clients. 3. Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders and handling billing inquiries. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients. 5. Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Work closely with other departments to coordinate and fulfill client requests. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to effectively communicate with clients.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively when problem-solving. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
