Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Client Service Representative to join our team at Pushkart.ph in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Manage client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Build strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention. 5. Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to upsell products and services to clients. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to best assist clients. 8. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance client service skills.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Passionate and driven personality. 3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed.
