Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a driven and passionate Client Service Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels 2. Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner 3. Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience 5. Use innovative thinking to identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes 6. Work closely with the sales team to address client needs and maximize client satisfaction 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Must be driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work well in a team environment 4. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required 5. High school diploma or equivalent 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 8. Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
